Since they agreed to go their separate ways and co-parent their daughter, Tomi, together, Margaret and Tayo have decided to give love another try, Margaret with Nnamdi and Tayo with Eki. However, Cupid seems to be playing games with Margaret and Tayo's love life.  

Nnamdi's ex wants him back

For Margaret, Nnamdi is a charming man she can't help but be attracted to even though he is younger. Margaret was open to a possible relationship with him, but just as things started to bloom, Uyai, Nnamdi's former ex, sprung up out of nowhere. She accused Margaret of stealing Nnamdi from her, a claim Margaret denied. To prove her innocence, Margaret tried to mediate a conversation between Nnamdi and Uyai to resolve their issues; however, it blew up in her face, causing even more drama between her and Nnamdi.

Eki is jealous of Margaret

Tayo's relationship started on a pleasant note, but trouble began when he decided to bring Eki to Margaret's house for dinner. The night started well as Margaret, Tomi, and Eloghosa all welcomed Eki with open arms. However, Eki's mood changed when Tayo couldn't stop raving about Margaret's cooking, which sprung up past fond memories of their time together. Following dinner, Eki resorted to giving Tayo the silent treatment and accused him of wanting his family back. Tayo claimed he didn't and was trying to be cordial; however, Eki was not buying it.
