Akweyon
17 year old Akweyon is the acolyte of Mausi the local priestess, taken under Mausi’s (priestess) wing as a young girl after a childhood incident that led to her parents consulting Mausi for help. She is set to take over from Mausi when the older woman dies and has been learning the rites and rituals required for years. Her position requires that she does not speak to the villagers and she is not often seen in the village.
