As we step into the final week of Big Brother Naija, Biggie is bringing back an exciting twist: the Head of House ballot! But this time, things are about to get spicy. Unlike the secretive ballot from earlier in the season, this one will be done openly, right in front of the whole house. Even more thrilling, the prestigious HoH title will rotate among seven housemates throughout the week, with a new HoH every day!

The housemates will collectively decide who takes the crown, and nobody can be HoH more than once. Sadly for Kellyrae, as the outgoing HoH, she has to sit this one out. Plus, this time, the HoH condo is off-limits – tough luck! But before we dive into this fresh twist, let’s take a fun trip down memory lane and relive some of the most iconic HoH reigns of the season.

Ocee and Ozee’s groundbreaking leadership

Ozee and Ocee kicked off the season as the first HoH. With their age and experience, it couldn’t have been more perfectly timed. As the eldest housemates, they brought a calm, mature vibe to the role. However, managing a house full of vibrant personalities wasn’t easy. Despite their efforts, the house struggled to unite for their first wager, resulting in a loss. The Mbadiwe Twins had a hard time bringing everyone together, but Ozee and Ocee stayed cool-headed and proved that they could hold their own under pressure.

Nelita’s back-to-back leadership

Nelita was a dynamic powerhouse duo! They ruled for two consecutive weeks, marking themselves as one of the strongest pairs in the house. Nelly was a natural-born leader, making sure housemates stayed on track by constantly reminding them of their duties. Anita was all about execution, bringing Nelly’s ideas to life with military precision. Together, they balanced authority with teamwork, and looking back, should we have known they would make it this far? It seems their reigns were a sign of things to come as they stand as the only duo left in the finals!

Shatoria’s “chill vibes” reign

If you were hoping for a power-packed reign from Shaun and Victoria, you might have been surprised. They brought chill vibes instead, opting for a more laid-back approach. Wanni was a fantastic support system for Shaun, encouraging him and keeping him grounded during the tense moments. Though their reign was calmer, they still managed to keep things flowing smoothly – a welcome break from the usual drama.

Onyeka’s solo reign

Onyeka made history as the first solo HoH after the housemates were separated, and her reign was nothing short of iconic. Navigating the house dynamics on her own, Onyeka stepped up with grace and determination, leading to an epic wager win! She proved that she didn’t need a partner to run the house like a pro.

Tjay’s democratic yet troubled reign

Tjay was all about democracy, making sure everyone had a say in how things were done. But that came with its own set of challenges. Without the immunity or HoH condo perks, Tjay soon found it difficult to manage chores and bring the house together. Too many opinions led to chaos, and a smooth wager was out of reach during his reign.

Sooj’s no-nonsense approach

If you were looking for a “big boss" reign, Sooj's time as HoH was the one to watch. With a no-nonsense attitude and a laser-sharp focus on winning, he ruled with an iron fist. His reign saw some of the most organised task meetings of the season. He wasn’t one for drama but rather concentrated on strategy and team coordination. His iron fist worked, and the housemates won the wager and the house stayed organised.

Kellyrae’s exemplary leadership

Kellyrae’s leadership was all about kindness and positive energy. He constantly thanked the housemates for their efforts, and this not only motivated them but helped the house win their wager. But even kindness couldn’t stop the chaos when agents DRC returned! Despite the drama, Kellyrae enjoyed his reign – especially since it was during his birthday. Not even the gbas gbos could spoil his fun.

As the final week kicks off, we can’t wait to see how the rotating HoH twist unfolds. Will the housemates rise to the occasion, or will the pressure get to them? Stay tuned!
