In her youth, Madam Regina was the lover of Ajogu’s former king. However, when it came time for marriage, her Idah citizenship led the king to abandon her, as the two villages were at odds. This not only left her heartbroken but also resulted in her banishment from Idah. Now, Madam Regina seeks power, influence, and validation. She craves money and respect, hoping to feel vindicated for the adultery accusations the villagers once cast upon her. Her ultimate goal is to bring down the NGO, using it as a means to settle old scores.
Driven by a deep fear of failure, hatred, and powerlessness, she is determined never to be at the mercy of others. Madam Regina approaches life with subtlety, avoiding direct confrontations in order to maintain her saintly public persona, while secretly pulling strings from behind the scenes.
