From Dr. Obi's supposed wife crashing Wandoo's birthday party to Mimidoo and Dooshima fighting over Mimidoo's old lover and Taj finally confronting Doosuur after he discovered she has plans to relocate, the finale episode of Manfriend was intensely chaotic and yet shocking! However, not even Doosuur finding out she was carrying Taj's baby was as surprising as Dooshima's decision to boss up and stand up to her parents. She gagged us and social media, too! 👇🏾
Dooshima finally acts like an older sister
Throughout the season, Doosuur had to fit into a role that was ultimately not hers. You would have thought she was Wandoo and Tersoo's first child, seeing as Dooshima always acted out and made irrational and poor decisions.
Although some of her choices resulted from the examples her parents had set for them, as the oldest child in an African household, everyone expected her to be a stellar human being! While, for the most part, she gave us drama, it was great to see her evolve after Wandoo's disastrous party.
When Tersoo called for a family meeting and criticised the girl's behaviors, Dooshima's decision to call out her father's infidelity and how her parents' toxic relationship had negatively impacted the King girls' love life and even attachment styles was commendable.
