The joy of being reunited with one’s laundry could be taken for granted but for Wanni, it was a big deal as she sort of hugged the hanging clothes, slowly trying to make out what kind of trash had been thrown at it.
As part of Biggie tightening his fist on the housemates, they were stripped off the privilege of enjoying the outdoors for over a week.
Just like everything else, that ban came as a surprise to the extent of some housemates lamenting about their soaked whites that they had left in the laundry.
Well, this morning just after their training session, the No Loose Guard gang were pleasantly surprised when their Head of House, Sooj presented a brief that the garden was now open for business.
What they were not ready for was the state of the garden. It was in a total mess. The annoyance was written all over their faces and it took the HoH consoling them that it wouldn’t take them too long to clear up the mess and enjoy the space again.
A rare sight
True to Sooj’s words, the gang got to business and before we knew it, they were done. This camaraderie in tough times saw sworn enemies, Kellyrae and Tjay finding a moment to bond.
The two married men bonded over their upbringing in the freshly cleaned up garden. They both shared how they were raised in homes where there were no gender roles. “I am the last born and only boy so you’d expect me to be spoilt but I can do everything for myself,” Kellyrae explained. He added that being raised with older sisters taught him how to respect women. Tjay shared the same sentiment, adding that he can clean, wash and cook.
Meanwhile, Anita and Topher stole the moment to catch a much-needed nap in the lapa while others caught up on their laundry.
The ninjas have been causing havoc in the house. From walking in and confiscating the housemates’ food while they are in freeze mode to funny sounds in the still of the night. Last night, Topher even told Shaun that he was scared of going to sleep, in fear of what the ninjas would be up to.
Well, the trashed garden was never even a thought. Well played Biggie!
