Following her Task win where she was partnered with Groovy, Amaka was in high spirits when the Level 2 Housemates returned from the Arena. She spent the better half of the evening singing and cooking, much to the delight of her counterparts who have, on several occasions, complimented her cooking.
While some of the Level 2 Housemates were gathered in the kitchen, Kess revealed to Modella that he is from a polygamous family and wanted to take her as a second wife. Modella vehemently rebuked his statement and reminded him of his nuptials. Kess who seemed to have thought his plan through told Modella that he will approach her family since he is likable. Daniella joined the conversation and also reprimanded Kess reminding him that he is married.
The Level 1 Housemates on the other hand optimised their time in the Garden by recounting funny and interesting stories of events that took place in their past. While Chomzy was braiding Rachel's hair, she told Chichi about a hair-raising ordeal that her friend went through in Lagos and cautioned Chichi about men. The Level 1 Housemates spent the rest of their time in the garden singing and dancing while Bella and Sheggz used the opportunity to cuddle. Biggie called them back into the House and they seemed grateful because the first thing they did was cook.
Deji and Doyin went into the bedroom where Deji proceeded to put his Secret Task in motion. He started complaining about his fellow Housemates' rowdiness and told Doyin that he wanted to go to Level 2. He said that he is used to living by himself even though he is from a polygamous family. "I've grown uncomfortable in Level 1 and could do with a change of scenery. The fights, and being in everyone’s face the whole time, is taking a toll on me and I would prefer to be in Level 2," he said.
Doyin tried to talk him out of his decision by saying that the situation in Level 2 is not better, since Amaka confided in her about wanting to be swapped to Level 1, because her Level 2 Housemates are constantly fighting. She advised Deji to ask Biggie for a switchover, but cautioned him against being ungrateful. "You have to find a way to make the most of being in Level 1 because you are not guaranteed a better experience in Level 2".
