For Esosa, attending Chief Idemudia's 60th birthday party was her way of showing up for her boyfriend Collins and meeting his loved ones; however, what she didn't know is that the event would bring her face to face with her trafficker Madam Itohan, who also happens to be Collins favourite aunt.
Itohan confronts Esosa
Their reunion, as expected, was startling as Itohan never could imagine seeing Esosa ever again; they were introduced to each other by Collins, who was eager for everyone to meet his brilliant fashion designer girlfriend Esosa and unaware of their history together.
After their introduction, Itohan took it upon herself to threaten Esosa and demanded she stay away from Collins and call off their relationship. Itohan claimed Collins deserved better than Esosa. However, Esosa disagreed and stood up for herself by letting Itohan know she deserved a happy ending with Collins, irrespective of her past.
