There’s a lot at stake this week, as the housemates have wagered 100% on their presentation, and they really don’t want to lose this one. It’s been a trying week, what with dance challenges galore, task upon task, and Biggie keeping them up at night with alarming noises. Another loss will dampen the housemates’ exhausted spirits even more. Is there anything they can do to pull off the wager with aplomb, not only tonight but in the weeks to come? Here are a few tips for pulling off a flawless presentation.

Follow the leader

With so many personalities in the house and so much to do, you need someone to keep it all together, streamline the process, and motivate others. That’s where the Head of House comes in. The HoH has to make sure everyone plays their part (and that everyone has a part to play) and that includes keeping the house in order. Tjay has had his hands full this week as HoH with tired, demotivated housemates, while Onyeka previously battled to rally everyone … the challenges are endless when you’re in charge – especially when it seems like all anyone wants to do is sleep!

Practice makes perfect

Having a good idea is not enough, you also need to execute it well and that takes work. Housemates should plan, prepare, and then practice. As the old adage goes: "If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail." There’s still been a lot of snoozing going on, but we’re also seeing some super stylish ensembles coming together. But they also need to showcase it all in a manner worthy of a 100% win and at the moment, confidence in these rehearsals is flagging.

Follow Biggie’s instructions

That brings us to Biggie himself. If you displease Big Brother, you’ll only make life tougher for yourself and everyone else in the house. Punishments may follow, which can cause distractions and darken the mood. Seriously! If the housemates get any more microphone infringements, we’re going to have to consider turning it into a drinking game!

Play to your strengths

There's a wide range of talent in this house, which means the housemates should be able to handle whatever Biggie throws at them, whether it's singing, dancing, acting, writing, directing, or fashion. This week alone has seen Kassia, Victoria, and Onyeka shine.

Be confident

The housemates are brimming with talent and conviction and love putting it on display. Of course, they should be careful of not being overly confident, especially if it makes them believe they need not practice or prepare. They’ve lost enough wagers this season to know that down that road lies disappointment.

There can be great ideas and everything can be planned to a T, but if no one is enjoying it, Biggie will notice … and so will everyone watching. A lacklustre performance is sure to lead to loss. Will the housemates find the fire they need to win tonight?
