Zara Inaya Ubangari
Zara is the strong-willed, soft-spoken, crippled daughter of Umaru Ubangari. Zara has been dealt a tough hand by life and somehow this has designed her future. First, she loses her legs in an accident, secondly, she is being forced to marry the immature, annoying Marcus Doherty. She is the dutiful daughter who listens to her father because of her loyalty to her family, but as time goes on, she becomes a woman who understands power and has no problems getting there by whatever means she has been presented with. She falls hopelessly in love with Rhodes Doherty, the man who creates a fantasy where she gets the things she wants, and ends up married to Marcus for the sake of duty.
