Having trouble receiving your OTP (one time pin) during registration? Follow these simple steps and in no time, you'll be well on your way to Voting for your #AmazingVoicesAfrica favs. 

When your phone number is on DND, you will no longer receive notification from all of your services that send notification SMS using third-party SMS services.
 

How to Unsubscribe from DND Lists:
 

1. Contact your service provider to find out if you are on a DND list

2. If you are, ask them for instructions on how to unsubscribe from the DND list

How to check your SMS settings:

1. Make sure to check your SMS settings to ensure that you can receive promotional messaging.

2. Sometimes the OTP gets stuck in transit so you can also try switching your phone off and back on.

3. Lastly, the network could be congested so if you're still not seeing an OTP, wait 5 minutes and try again.

4. You can also try and put your sim card in a different handset to see if the message comes through.

5. Check that your phone memory is not full. You may need to delete some older messages for the message to come through.

Once the process is complete head on over to the Amazing Voices Voting page to try register again.
