Soma has emerged as the only housemate with immunity for the week. In an unexpected twist of fate, the pardon me twist produced no winner while the black envelope challenge had no immunity on offer this time around. This means that Soma is the only housemate who is safe from eviction this week.
Biggie's bag of tricks continues
The black envelope challenge this week had a twist that left some of the housemates disappointed and others in stitches. Angel, Cross, and Doyin were the lucky recipients of Biggie's black envelopes. They were, however, faced with disappointment as they all got responses that shocked them to the marrow. Angel's envelope contained a "better luck next time" tag, while Cross won himself a box of pizza. A very hopeful Doyin, almost dropped to the floor upon realizing that her envelope also did not carry the highly coveted news of immunity. instead, Big Brother served her with the promise of a homemade mea, to be delivered anytime this week. "Biggie, you can't do this to our blood pressure," Doyin lamented loudly in the lounge.
Pardon me please nominations
There was one more chance to earn immunity in the "pardon me please nominations", but as fate would have it, none of the housemates won it due to a tie between Cross and Angel who both had seven votes each. According to the "pardon me please" rules, should there be a tie in votes, then no one will earn immunity.
Check out how the All Stars nominated below.
Goodbye to the Jury
In another turn of events, it is important to note that the jury will no longer be a part of the Big Brother Naija evictions. The jury, who have been a part of evictions since the beginning of the All Stars season, has so far made decisions that led to the evictions of Princess, Uriel and Kiddwaya. From this week onward, voting power lies solely in the hands of viewers, and housemates who have the least amount of votes will face possible eviction.
With the outcome of today's events, we are sure the week will be an interesting week to behold.
