Big Brother is taking a hard line against the housemates. After Sooj was named Head of House, the theme of the week was announced, and the housemates confidently staked 100% on their wager yet again, Biggie gathered everyone together again to deal a blow that seemed unexpected to the housemates, but shouldn't have been, given the warnings he's been issuing.
Big Brother’s voice boomed through the lounge as he reprimanded the housemates for flouting his rules time and time again. Housemates seemed wary. Where is this going? their faces seemed to be saying. Tension mounted as Biggie declared, “You have planted the seeds of disobedience in your hearts and today, you will reap what you have sowed.”
They should have seen trouble coming, because since the dissolution of pairs Big Brother told them conspiracy would no longer be permitted. Biggie revisited Article 16 of the rule book, which states that strikes are applicable following the below infringements:
o Discussing nominations.
o Conspiring when it is not permissible.
Biggie reminded them that they all know the rules of the house, but even if they didn’t, “Ignorance of the law excuses no one”. Four housemates were found wanting and were each issued a strike. These housemates are:
Their strikes will be accompanied by punishments. What these will be remains to be seen.

Given that this week’s theme is “Face your fears”, Biggie has given them plenty of reason to shake in their shoes. Biggie is deep into his zero-tolerance era. Will it make the housemates toe the line or will they continue to play with fire?
